We are excited to tell you about our new location, which will still be called Trattoria Timone, and have the same phone number. Our new restaurant is located at the AMC Theatre Plaza - 2091 Winston Park Drive, which is at The Q.E.W. and Winston Churchill, on the border of Oakville and Mississauga. We are in The AMC Theatre Plaza, and are directly beside the Theatre, which we feel is a great area for our new restaurant. The menu will be extended to include some more regional Italian dishes using as always the best quality ingredients that we hope you will enjoy. A new feature we are pleased to offer is the opening of our martini lounge which will offer wireless internet access, oyster and seafood bar, offering a number of red and white wines by the glass, some imported and micro brewery draft beer, and of course a selection of martini’s. Our new dining room will also include a private room which can hold up to 60 people. Our kitchen will really have a chance to shine in our new location because of the space, Chef Michel will be bringing on a number of apprentices and together will be preparing everything on the premises, such as artisan breads, an assortment of fresh pasta’s, Gourmet Stone Oven Pizzas, all desserts and ice creams. One of the pluses is a lot of parking and a large dining room. Several of our friends have tested the distance from downtown Oakville, to the new location, and discovered that it’s less than 15 minutes.
