Trattoria Timone is a family owned restaurant that has been around for over 30 years.

Chef Michel and his wife Anna have built this business putting their heart and soul into every aspect. In fact, it’s a bit of a love story as the two met working at the restaurant when it was downtown Oakville before taking over as owners. Chef Michel is the longest standing Chef in Oakville, his dedication to the art of cuisine, and his passion for bringing exquisite flavours together are the reason Trattoria Timone has been around as long as it has and continues to thrive.

Trattoria Timone’s authentic Italian cuisine is mastered by our culinary team’s experience and passion. Chef Fronteddu’s staff of culinary selects only the finest and freshest ingredients for their dishes, priding themselves on hand crafting artisanal cuisine; rolling gnocchi, churning gelato, using homegrown organic herbs and offering free range and wild products.

Our menu is updated regularly to showcase a variety of regional Italian dishes, including distinct Sardinian and Piedmont features. We are proud to offer a selection of premium seafood and only this region’s freshest oysters, sourced from Rodney’s Oyster House in Toronto.
